To ensure the health and safety of our community we have set the following guidance and adopted some changes. Please make sure you familiarise yourself with the following instruction before coming to the studio for your practice. 1- We will be cleaning the studio between classes and other places frequently and have placed hand sanitisers in multiple places in the studio.
2- We will be doing a temperature check on entry. Please don't be offended if you are refused entry if your temperature is higher or equal to 37.8. This is an added precaution that we felt we need to take for your own safety and the safety of others. 3- Once your temperature is checked at the door please make your way straight to the studio and not hang about the reception area.

I had the most relaxing and comforting pregnancy massage today with Touba ! I am 35 weeks pregnant and Touba was really gentle but also knew perfectly where and how to release the tension around my body. It was a full body massage on both of my sides and really helped me to relax a little which is not so easy during these last weeks of pregnancy. Thanks Touba for your amazing help!

Neda’s studio is a wonderful place to practice yoga. I have been to a number of different places before but Neda’ classes are very different. She keeps classes interesting focusing on different areas of the body but with a great focus on the breathing and spiritual side. Adriana and Ava have started teaching recently and they both fantastic flow classes. Would highly recommend for all levels!

Yogalogy is the kind of studio that ticks all of the right boxes.
- Conveniently located - near tube and always easy free parking in nearby streets.
- Extremely friendly and welcoming - as a smaller suburban studio it really is accessible to all and there is a warmth and generosity about those who attend. The studio is not at all pretentious and the shape of your body, skill level or what you wear really don't matter.
- Small class sizes - none of the London yoga factory vibe in other packed studios - most classes have less than 8 students.
- Brilliant classes - all of the teachers take time

I came to Yogalogy originally in order to get some extra help getting myself moving again after knee surgery. I really had no intentions of becoming a regular. I'd tried yoga before at other studios and gyms. Often times I found them pretentious or the classes so big, that I had no idea if what I was doing was correct and really didn't get much support. So I never really enjoyed them.
I started with one on one injury rehabilitation sessions with Neda, who is the owner. Her sincerity and warmth really came through and after just a few sessions I decided to sign up for a few classes here and there

I joined Yogalogy as part of a yoga challenge. I have found the teachers helpful, inspiring and extremely knowledgeable. As the class numbers are small, the teacher is able to spend more time correcting the positions and getting students to breathe correctly. I thoroughly enjoy attending this studio and would recommend it highly.

What can I say about Yogalogy I love it so much it is like my second home! Neda is the most inspirational teacher and I learn something new at every lesson or event I attend and I attend a lot!! All of the teachers are fantastic and each offers something different so I would highly recommend going to as many classes as possible as well as workshops and the moon/gong bath gatherings. The studio is very conveniently located and is a really friendly place. I am so glad that I have yogalogy in my life it has enriched both my physical and spiritual wellbeing.

As a trained Yoga teacher and practitioner for over 9 years, I make an effort to practice at other studios to maintain my discipline and learn from other teachers.
I moved to East Finchley recently and am so delighted to have found Yogalogy and Neda's classes. They're just what I've been looking for.
Her practice is very physical but at the same time includes enough of the spiritual to remind deep practitioners as to why they're on the matt without making those new to Yoga uncomfortable.
It's obvious that Neda and the other teachers have built their studio with love and have created a space

A lovely friendly environment, a true community feeling. Yogalogy introduced me to yoga and with Neda’s depth of knowledge, wisdom and experience, I have learnt how amazingly beneficial the practise is to both mind and body. Neda also brings a spiritual level to her sessions, allowing an even greater sense of relaxation and calm from lifes normal stresses.
Yogalogy also offers multiple package deals to suit your level of attendance, far from money grabbing I’d say. Lots of variety in teachers and levels of intensity, whatever level of practise you want can be found at Yogalogy. Give it a go
