The company, backed by BC Partners, brought together strategic sites from the portfolio of Partnerships in Care and The Priory Group when they were sold by Acadia Healthcare. Further acquisitions have enlarged the group giving a portfolio across mental health care, neurological care, education, children's services and private patient services.

If your family member has been admitted to one of our hospitals, this is so they can receive the treatment and care needed to improve their health or to manage their condition. Both the hospital and residential teams will work in partnership with your family member and, with consent, yourselves. This is to make sure that their care and support needs are met and future plans are in place for them.
In addition to Independent Mental Health Advocacy or Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy, Elysium Healthcare can enable access to Independent Advocacy services to visit the sites on a regular basis or on request. Each site will tell your loved one about the availability of these services. An Advocate is independent, they are not a member of the Elysium Healthcare team and they play no part in treatment and care.
These are independent groups who visit and inspect services to make sure that they are meeting set standards. Following a visit they produce a report which highlights what is working well and what services need to do to improve. This helpful process ensures that the quality of care improves all the time.
