Do you own a three- or four-bedroom rental property? You may qualify for the Private Landlord Scheme, a new Response initiative supported by Oxfordshire County Council. Applications are invited from landlords for the scheme which will guarantee rent for between 2 to 5 years. Management and maintenance will be provided free of charge.

Properties will be returned in the same condition as at the commencement of the lease. A new office space sharing initiative has seen local charity, Response, take up residence in vacant space at ODS' Horspath Road depot. As a part of the Mental Wealth Academy service, Oxfordshire Youth are delivering Mental Health Awareness workshops for parents & carers, to help support.
Services
We will be operationally excellent; evidenced by high levels of service user, carer, staff and stakeholder involvement and satisfaction. We will make an outstanding success of the Oxfordshire Mental Health Partnership by providing the necessary skills, expertise and resources. We will continue to improve choice for the experience of service users by extending our range of services including property and housing options.
Living with, and recovering from, mental health illness needs more than clinical intervention and therapy. We believe, and have learned, that people need to find balance, hope and ways to grow. That's why we have developed our 360 Model to provide a spectrum of activities that will support, inspire and open more doors to the future for our service users.
We all know that physical activity plays a huge part in how we feel and the positive impact of this is even more pronounced when living with a mental illness. The personal outcomes, 'feeling better' and a sense of achievement are all key. It's widely believed that engaging in sport and activity significantly enhances the efficacy medical and therapeutic interventions, leading to faster and more effective recovery.
Responses greatest asset is its people; that's why we are committed to and recognise that the creation of learning and development opportunities for all our staff does not only benefit the individual but the organisation as a whole. For that reason, everyone is encouraged to develop their potential, both personally and professionally.
The prevalence of substance use amongst people with mental health issues is a growing concern and can have serious consequences on a persons social and living environment.

The vulnerability of people with mental health issues, along side the availability of 'Novel psychoactive substance', alcohol and controlled substances and ever-growing reduction in state service provision - sometimes leading to self-medication - combine to create an increasingly problematic environment.

Response employees are giving this place 5 stars. It's easy to tell which reviews are genuine. Calling that out for what it is.

Ignores complaints has absolutely no care about domestic issues nobody wants to ring up flagging repairs because of the stress of trying to get response to do something. Staff do not deliver on what they say lived with them for 4 years not one housemate has a good word to say about them. If you work for response you should not be leaving reviews as you have never had to rely on their service.

Response is a caring, forward thinking - award-winning organisation who puts clients at the centre of everything they do! They have also been awarded the Investors in People GOLD award 3 years in a row. Sad to see the misinformed view of other users.

The response organisation to me, after two and a half years of living in their properties, is completely deluded about the mentally ill, and is just not fit for purpose - unless their purpose is to build up a big property portfolio and leave the mentally ill to struggle with eachother for the rest of their lives in places of abuse and neglect.
