Amy has over a decade of experience working with children, young people and vulnerable adults facing challenging circumstances such as homelessness, substance misuse, disabilities, neurodiversity and mental health. She is leading on a new YiS project supporting young people who are leaving CAMHS to continue to improve their wellbeing and achieve their personal goals and aspirations.
With a Degree in Drama, theatre studies and creative writing and previous experience within community arts, she strongly believes in the power of creativity for positive health and wellbeing. She is about to embark on a MSc Degree within psychology in order to become a champion for change; developing new and diverse therapeutic approaches for mental wellbeing.

We provide inspiring, interactive and, engaging sessions on a variety of topical and important topics around mental health and wellbeing including coping with anxiety, exam stress, healthy relationships, self-esteem and confidence. Delivery options include: Assemblies, Classroom, Group Work and 1:1 Wellbeing coaching sessions.
We are pleased to announce a local family run business A Little Can Do is supporting YiS Young People's Mental Health. The little cans of can do are a fun and simple tool that your child can use alone or you can enjoy together to explore mindfulness, living in the moment and celebrating who you are.
Explore their own morals and values within their relationships and whether they are happy with these. Identify strategies to help cope with stress at home, school, and work using wellbeing action plans. We offer accredited Mental Health First Aid training in-house to your employees. If you have eight or more employees you'd like to train in Mental Health First Aid then we can help.
We offer a range of wellbeing workshops and presentations suitable for professionals, GPs, parents and carers. All our sessions are designed to inform, and empower participants with insight and tools to make positive changes to enhance their health and wellbeing and to support young people and adults.
Our 1:1 wellbeing coaching is for anyone between the ages of 14 and 25 who would like help to manage difficult thoughts, anxiety and feelings. It can help them be more confident, develop healthy relationships and positively change their overall wellbeing. We support young people to recognise their strengths, skills and values to enable them to be the happiest, healthiest version of themselves.
