Dangerous and incompetent!
Spent over a week trying to talk to someone via calls that are not answer and emails with no replies, finally received a reply and was sent dates with i could send my staff to have their essential training to then spend another week with unanswered calls and unanswered emails till the dates passed. Had to then book my staff in with ATH Training who provided a professional service in very little time due to the wasted time with Mayflower training
