We are often asked about our name Lazarus Training. How did it come about? Most people have some idea that it is connected to medicine somehow, but are not sure of the details. Lazarus Training is a medical training provider specialising in training to enable people to help themselves, and each other and to potentially save a life, often through the use of skills such as resuscitation.
Lazarus Training is a UK based company providing safety training, we feel it is important that you know how we work at Lazarus Training, so here is some more information on how we conduct ourselves. Whilst our name has religious connections, we welcome people of all faiths [or none] to our training.
Due diligence first aid training Since the recent changes in the authorisation of first aid training for the workplace a greater emphasis is placed on the employer satisfying themselves that their first aid training is sufficient. There is a number of ways the employer can assess their potential training supplier, but the key thing is that you carry out due diligence first aid training.
Lazarus Training is well known for its approach to medical training, ensuring it is "hands on", confidence building and relevant to the client group. If this sounds like the way you like to teach first aid, then perhaps you should consider working with us! We are based in the South East of England and whilst we deliver courses across the world, we are looking for people based near us, or willing to travel to our offices.

Just finished my 2 days training and thoroughly enjoyed it. The course was extremely informative and I think the hands on approach (working with a live casualty at times) was much more beneficial than just sitting in a classroom watching slideshows. Darren and John were our trainers and made sure we were all happy and confident in our tasks throughout. They kept check of our understanding as we went along and made us feel comfortable in asking for any help. I would definitely recommend booking your course with Lazarus Training.

Thank you for a fantastic 3 day First Aid at Work course! John and Laura were fantastic and informative trainers who presented the information in a very interactive way. It was really helpful being put in live situations and being under pressure and I ended up surprising myself. I now feel very confident in dealing with emergency situations.

So, for the past two Saturdays I have been on training with Lazarus. I have been on many first aid courses but this was by far the best I’ve been on. Tom and Laura certainly know their stuff. Answered all questions we had and yet made it fun. I learned more in those two days than I have over the years.

I have just finished a 2 day paediatric first aid course with Tom and Claire at Lazarus ... I could not recommend it enough !!! After 2 days of fun, interactive and informative training; in a warm and welcoming environment, I feel well equipped to tackle ANY situation that may come my way ... The trainers are full of experience and knowledge, and the supportive and encouragement they provide is really confidence building ! Thank you so much !

Lazarus have provided our staff fantastic first aid training. The course's are well organised & interactive. Lazarus also simulated some accidents that might occur while in the work place, which looked extremely life like.
The staff within the office and course trainers are also very pleasant and polite to deal with.
I would recommend anyone who is looking to be trained in First Aid to go directly to them!!!
