The Selsey Arms

I visited with my parents and my eldest son. We had a fantastic lunch. It’s quite pricey but you definitely get good quality food for the price. My son and I shared the charcuterie board and my parents had open sandwiches. It all looked amazing. The bar staff were really friendly and funny, (one youngish lady in particular). We were very well looked after whilst there. The place was clean and the toilets were spotless. Attention to detail is important especially where cleanliness and customer service is concerned.

Good lunch, interesting history of the area, well themed with spitfire in front garden and War memorial. Best chicken burger I have had for a long time. And love ET.

We have just got back from celebrating my dad's 91st birthday this evening. There were nine of us and we all had a marvellous time and were incredibly well looked after. The food was beautifully cooked and presented and we thought, very reasonably priced. They made a big thing of bringing out my dad's birthday cake and made him feel very special! Good selection of wines and a lovely pint of Harvey's. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this pub. Guys, please just keep doing what you're doing. Spot on!! Thank you so much. Had a lovely meal here on the weekend. Tasty food, cosy fire burning and friendly helpful staff. Would recommend :)

Most enjoyable evening, great food, service, staff and hospitality, very rarely equalled nowadays, also very interesting WW2 Coolham Airfield next door, base for spitfire and mustang pilots, an interesting history within the Pub.

Well what a treat ….. had a fantastic roast today, can’t fault it at all, even my hard to please partner REALLY enjoyed it, we studied the menu and will be going back for sure- quite a bit I liked the look of😜, staff were friendly and attentive, thank you for a “ home cooked roast” .

I went there with my work colleagues for the end of term dinner. They have a good selection of dishes on their menu. They were helpful with my colleagues that have special dietary needs. I mark them down 1*because of lack of ambiance in the pub. 😊

Very nice pub. Extremely friendly staff and locals. We popped in on a road trip. Great hamburgers. Special mention for the Home Made full size spitfire. Commemorating the local Polish based WW2 pilots. A smashing little place.
