Clare's yoga classes do wonders for both mind and body! Clare has a very warm and calm aura about her, and I never feel judged or pushed to do anything I don't feel comfortable with! I've learned techniques to help me relax after a stressful day (breathing) and also to help sore muscles. I'd thoroughly recommend any activity she's running!

I offer regular weekly online classes of classical yoga, womb yoga, shiatsu and meditation for all levels of experience and all ages. Courses and private sessions in mindful eating, teacher training and retreats in the healing Sicilian landscape just above Africa and by the toe tip of Italy, in the UK and worldwide.

I began studying yoga aged 20 in Australia, where my first teacher showed me the wonderful power that belongs to all of us, just for the fact that we are alive, whatever state our body may be in. I was actually a computer programmer working with free software on Linux, and a writer, when I decided to study Shiatsu Therapy at the Shiatsu School of W.A. in Fremantle, Western Australia in 1999.
We had 5 wonderful days with Clare in Sicily. I wanted to connect with my inner self as I felt lost since I had my baby a year and a half ago. I was just trying to survive the day and completely ignoring my spiritual needs. This week Clare reminded me what life is actually about and how I can focus on the positive things in my life.
Do you or a loved one feel disconnected from your body, lacking in clarity of thought or unmotivated? Do you find it hard to feel happy with the little things in life? In these incredibly difficult times, it is natural to feel despondent and even deeply depressed, but yoga may help! This is a gentle course of 4 lessons online, 1 hour each, to honour the body and reconnect with ourselves and others.
Experience yoga through the perspective of shiatsu - align your knowledge of yoga poses with the flavours of shiatsu energy that support them. Develop your awareness and self-care skill and learn how to care for others in self- and partner-shiatsu.

The union of Indian yoga with Japanese shiatsu can bring benefits of an intuitive approach to yoga with easy feedback through the sensations of energy channels and points, by holding and massaging areas of the body physically and with the mind in meditation.
I teach classical yoga, womb yoga, self-care shiatsu and mindful movement to help students of all ages and levels find their natural strength and develop flexibility, openness and compassion by listening to the needs of the body. Self-care Shiatsu is something I introduced to my yoga classes to prevent and treat injuries and prepare the mind for yoga.
