I've been practising yoga since my early 20's but fell in love with the practice a few years later when pregnant with my first child. When both my children were small I began sharing my practice with them and went on to train as a children's yoga teacher launching Caterpillar Toes Yoga. Discovering a love of sharing yoga and a desire to learn more, I went on to train with the British Wheel of Yoga gaining my (500hr) Level 4 qualification to teach all ages young or old!

My children are now 14 & 12, when they were little they would often attend the children's classes with me, then as they started school I was lucky enough to be asked by their school to provide whole class sessions within school so would regularly have them in class.
Services
We all want our children to do well at school and to gain confidence from their achievements. Learning how to breathe effectively and to use positive affirmations are great ways to empower your children with tools they can use daily and for the rest of their lives. Using these tools can help your children be alert, focused, confident and positive at school and at home.
My goal is to inspire children of all ages to connect with their physical body, natural breath and their mental well-being. My aim is to provide them with tools and ideas to build their confidence, to trust their instincts and to manage their emotions. Contact me to find out more about my classes and how they can inspire your children.
