Services
Includes yoga poses and movement, restorative practices with props and relaxation (this is a more restorative class than Wednesday's). Yoga for all abilities-particularly suitable for beginners or anyone who prefers a gentler, physical practice. Cost: 45 unlimited access for 5 weeks; 37.50 for any 5 classes; 8.50 per class contact me to book or for further information.
Sessions are usually in my yoga studio and/ or garden at 51 Westmorland Road Felixstowe IP11 9TJ or I can travel to you. Zoom 121 also available. You can have a regular practice on your own or with a friend or two, at a time to suit. People soon start to notice the benefits, particularly when combined with a short home practice.
For anyone who would like time to themselves in a relaxing setting, with chance to explore and practise yoga for longer than the usual class allows. Yoga postures, breathing practices, relaxation and meditation. Suitable for all abilities. Come and de-stress with yoga and give yourself a boost of positive energy in a peaceful, countryside setting.
50pm : Evening yoga to de-stress and unwind and help you get a good night's sleep. Teachers here are knowledgeable but most importantly they care deeply about their students. Its been my experience here, as a student and a teacher, of receiving support and encouragement from the entire staff. Classes range from gentle to more dynamic, from beginners to more advanced. There really is something for everyone at Still. Also a huge bonus is the free parking lot! No need to drive up and down the street then run in late. It makes the whole experience from start to finish that much more relaxing.

Since having the privilege of Caroline's yoga instruction in Ipswich 6ish years ago, I have not been able to find a more wholesome session anywhere in the UK. She lights the rooms gently, offers calming music and her tone is meditative Caroline is personable, she supports each of us to develop at out own individual pace, she is emotionally supportive as well as physically. We always desperately look forward to returning. I cannot recommend her yoga sessions enough.

I started coming here after Urth Yoga closed. That was my favorite studio, and I miss it dearly. Some of the teachers from Urth migrated here, and this is my new favorite studio. The teachers here are great and the studio space is ample. I enjoy the variety of classes. Grace on Sundays offers a very good variety of poses and i always leave feeling a healthy balance of supported and having pushed my boundaries just enough.
