I started training with Dani a few months ago, and it has been brilliant since day one! I can honestly say I always look forward to our weekly sessions, and having her push me to work hard and stretch myself. There is a massive difference between when I train on my own and when I train with Dani.

Dani has been helping me with exercises to recover from injury. As someone who was scared of gyms the private sessions really helped me gain some confidence. I can now start going to a public gym on my own and know what to do. The programmes that Dani created for me are suited to my fitness level and inspire me to train regularly.

Dani is truly one of the best. She not only provides a personal on-point training plan, she supports you through inter-grating food plans and supplements into your daily life. She is both a motivator and an understanding ear. Her knowledge of nutrition and training is second to none and she’s always updating her personal knowledge. I am someone who plays sport weekly but still wasn’t seeing the kind of body shape I wanted. With Dani’s hard work and patience with me I am now much more confident in my own skin. I’ve been training with Dani for years now and have no plans to stop!

Training with Dani was one of my best investments. Dani has a breadth of knowledge which goes beyond just superficial transformation and she really teaches you how to nourish your mind and body. It was so easy to learn from somebody so driven and passionate about her skill. She is so invested in her clients and does nothing half heartedly. I couldn’t recommend anybody more x

Dani is amazing! I've never looked back and will never use anyone else, ever again. She really gets to know your body and understands what you need to and want to focus on. I've suffered from slipped disks and sciatica for many many years and by working with Dani my overall fitness and back strength has improved so much I feel like a different person. I would highly recommend Dani if you want work with someone that cares, has empathy and has amazing fitness and nutritional knowledge!

I have been training with Dani since January 2017 and I can honestly say it’s the best decision I have made. Dani was extremely thorough in the first consultation we had. She wanted to understand what my diet was like, what my exercise routine consisted of, understand any previous injuries and what I was wanting to achieve with training. For me it is to lose fat, build muscle, increase strength and overall fitness.
I currently train with Dani three times per week but she writes up four different programmes for me, one of which I train myself in a gym. The programmes are changed regularly with
