Due to how busy the courier companies are at this time we have been advised against sending any orders out on a Monday for delivery Tuesday. Actually not giving a single star... Bought over £40 worth of Chuck and was given only 2 pieces of Chuck and different cuts... Not Chuck... love Chuck... when I got home I saw the difference... very deceptive... could've easily said "No We Out Of Chuck"... but No, money was more important than customer satisfaction... won't be going there ever again... to anyone else, dont be fooled by their nice customer interaction... know your meats.. and please check your bag before you leave the butchery, they are giving Palmers Butchers a Bad Name... held them in high regard but after my last visit.....

This butcher is an example of superb customer service and high quality products. The meat is high quality and fresh (can request fresh meat from back if buying in bulk). I always make big orders usually over £200 as I commute from Bristol as I trust the quality of the meat from Palmers. The staff(Diego to name a few) are so friendly and professional and I always get a discount since I spend large amounts in one go which I really appreciate. 5 STAR!!
