Had a great experience with Finesse ARC following a car accident involving a deer. Professional service, great communication with regular updates on progress which really makes a difference when your car is taken away. Ashleigh has wonderful customer service skills and made our experience so much better given the circumstances, she really does go the extra mile. Thank you!

5 stars from me. Exceptionally attentive and welcoming at Finesse. I'd had someone hit my Model 3 and leave without stopping. I got a few quotes but went with Finesse as they took time early on to discuss how they'd remedy/fix things, and they're Tesla approved too.
Dropped it off on a Monday, picked it up that Friday.
Overall, it just made a rather unpleasant initial experience a relatively easy one to fix.
I'd thoroughly recommend Finesse and would thank Lucy and Mario for being so great.
Thanks and hopefully I won't see you again...

I had the unfortunate experience of an 'uninsured' trades vehicle deposit rubble on the bonnet of my brand new £45k pride and joy whilst travelling on the motorway, where my own efforts of repairing didn't do the car justice.
After much research, I visited Finesse at Redhill where Jordan gave me a quote towards and booked my car in for the next week. The car was painted that day as arranged and as promised was returned the next. A week later I noticed a mark on the bonnet so returned to them, where the lead painter came straight away to have a look and said what appeared to be from a bird dropping

Dent repair and paint job looks good. However, the service wasn't brilliant. The original quote was quite a lot higher than others I received, though they did then offer to reduce. The garage assured me the car would be picked up on a Tuesday and returned Thursday. No one came to pick it up when promised, I had to chase, and it wasn't ready until Friday. It was agreed I would get a pot of paint included for repairing chips, I chased this a few times but was eventually told their cleaner had removed it from the car and binned it.

My van went in for a small rust repair. They did a lovely job and also suggested a further small part to stop the problem recurring. They alerted me to another issue to be resolved too. I dealt with 4 members of staff, all very friendly, and efficient. Other vehicle now booked in for some cosmetic work because I was so impressed.

Damon and his team are absolutely superb. They are the consummate professionals in customer service, explanation, cost and completing the work in a timely manner. Claire and Lucy on the desk are always extremely polite and maintain good communication - key when a customer needs their car asap! Damon went through all costs with me prior to the work being completed and kept me informed every step of the way regarding progress. I went to Finesse Accident Repair for a second opinion after a bad experience with a local dealership. So glad I did and have no plans to go anywhere else ever again! Thank
