Fantastic service. Got our car repairs booked in very quickly. Dealt with the insurance Fantastic service. Got our car repairs booked in very quickly. Dealt with the insurance company very efficiently. Wonderful helpful staff and our car was returned quickly to us repaired and cleaned. Door to door service, sorted out a loan car for us and organised the MOT. What a great company. Highly recommend.

I managed to damage my bumper reversing out of my garage, so I drove to Willow body works were I was able to get a quote on the day. I was very happy with the quote, and had it booked in straight away. A courtesy car was provided, great service good value for money. I would like to make a shout out to Ian, he managed to have my damaged wheels resolved which I’m extremely thankful for. He was an extremely happy and chirpy Lad which I think makes all the difference. Highly recommend this garage. Thanks!!

This review is based on a repair conducted after a collision and through being arranged as approved repairer by my insurer this may bot reflect the experience of any private work this business offers
Repairs were almost excellent however they missed one part of the repair that was listed and photos shown and this is still not fixed due to it being very difficult to spot it was not seen when assessing the vehicle after collection after repairs were complete .
The reason for the poor review is due to the abysmal communication and the extraordinary length of time to complete repairs i had to wait

My insurance company booked my vehicle in with a Willow works after I was hit from behind by a driver while on their mobile phone 😒, collected my vehicle and took it away.
When it eventually came back after arguing with them about the work to be done all was not good.
I left a favourable review on here until all was revealed.
I am disabled and have been very ill so have not used my vehicle since it came back, so been sat for a couple of weeks.
When it was delivered back my son backed our Mercedes into the garden informing me the engine light was on? Also there was no fuel left in the car
