M&S Accident Repairs Ltd was started by Terry Elliott over 35 years ago. Terry left school and became a butcher on the advice of his father. Later on Terry saw an opportunity in valeting cars which quickly developed into minor cosmetic repairs and before long Terry had his own body repair business.

BEN exists to provide care, support and advice to those in our industries who need our help in times of hardship or distress. At the M&S 'Elliott House' Ashford facility we are specialists in Body repairs of all types of vehicles including LCV. We hold the industry BS10125/BSI Kitemark Accreditation for vehicle damage repair at Category 3 (Structural steel), for vehicles up to 5 tonne.

This means we have invested, and continue to invest, in training and equipment to make sure repairs are carried out to the highest standards, this also includes the repair of Hybrid and High Voltage vehicles.For this reason whilst many insurance companies attempt to direct claims towards their own 'recommended repairers', irrespective of their expertise, it is your right to have your vehicle repaired by the bodyshop of your choice.
