My Sons Car got hit whilst stationary.
Under the Insurance it was collected by MSC for Repair.
This Company kept in contact with my Son & advised of the date his car would be returned home.
True to their word the car was returned on that date.
The repair work done is to the highest of standards. The car looks brand new!!!
I am more than happy & so Is my Son.
I would also like to mention that the MSC delivery Men were so nice, polite & very helpful. They went above & beyond to help an unwell ol Gal!
For this I am extremely grateful.

Two weeks ago I took my BMW Z4 to MSC for body damage repair and rear suspension replacement ( complicated because, being a convertible, the electric motor for the roof had to be dismantled to get to the shock absorbers) . I picked it up yesterday and was truly impressed with their work. I couldn’t tell it had been damaged. They organised every aspect of the process, including organising a rental car, which I picked up there and left it there when my car was ready. My car was collected (for repair) yesterday. So far, they acted Professionally. Reliable, Polite, & kept me updated. Their Booking staff member (who arranged my appointment) was quite knowledgeable, & she knew what she was doing. Very good communication. The dropoff/collection Team were on time. Full PPE was quite Impressive & Comforting. Excellent communication for updating me about their arrival time to collect my car. I'm pleased to be dealing with such a good Team. Very happy with service , pricing and quality of workmanship on my BMW 420i. Great repair work from polite staff, appearing to be happy in their work in these very strange and scary times. They filled me with confidence and car came back cleaner inside and out as to when it went in for the work, with no extra charge. In todays painful levels of customer service we have to endure, WELL done to the MSC crew. Highly recommended !
