Jan is a fantastic front of house welcomer with the benefit of experience and knowledge that really puts you at ease from the moment you walk in the door - just what you need after having been through an accident. All of the staff I have had contact with at Russell Parry have been lovely, polite, happy and great at their job. My car required just paintwork and it is perfect, the previous damage undecatable. I just received my car back from Russell Parry after a car accident my insurance assigned them to repair the damage. They were not only efficient but highly professional, i was a bit worried about the whole process with it being my first ever accident and car repair but they kept me informed throughout the whole process. They collected and delivered my car and it looks fantastic! I can't recommend them enough.

My car was involved in an accident and my car insurance told me to take it to Fix Auto Chessington of which I didn't realise is the same as Russell Parry ARC Ltd. The reviews were awful for Fix Auto so I was a bit concerned about taking my car here for repair.
Russell Parry were Fantastic!!! From the office staff for contacting me and keeping me updated,to the quality of the repair on my vehicle.
The passenger door needed replacing and both sills replaced due to the damage. Then a respray on one side of the car. The workmanship was excellent.
The car looked like new when I picked it up.

I was referred to this company by a main dealer regarding some recall work required on my vehicle. I was hesitant to use them as worried about a third party working on my car. However, I shouldn't have been. The whole process was easy from start to finish and completed within the time frame specified. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Fantastic team to deal with, from the beginning of the terrible accident to fully repaired van. A special thanks to lady at the reception ,she is the warmest person as far I have meet. Our car needed some repairs and Kieran and his team were helpful and thoroughly professional throughout the entire process. We spoke about what was required, how much this would cost and how long it would take, and all of these objectives were delivered as discussed as well as a progress update to let us know how it was going prior to completion. I don’t write reviews but felt I had to warn everyone. I’m furious with this company. Zero stars if I could. They took a week longer than their own estimates for a fairly simple bit of work. I was forced to chase them to ask when my car might be ready. They returned the car damaged, unclean and in an unroadworthy condition! I phoned them to discuss this and they seemed to think it was no big deal. Avoid!

I can’t say or express enough my gratitude and amazement at this woman’s efforts and professionalism to resolve a messy issue caused by my insurance company and their (Hastings) middlemen concerning my vehicle which was booked for repairs and the collection of a courtesy car.
To keep it short my vehicle wasn’t brought to Russell-parry even though I booked it in for that day on the Hastings website.
So straight away Jan told me that without my vehicle there, I wouldn’t be able to take out a courtesy car. I explained what
