Fleetline Coachworks was founded by Nick Boret in 1981 in Battersea, South London. We soon moved to Merton and then finally to our last location in Progress Way, Croydon in 1986 where we continued to expand our operations, becoming one of London and the South East's leading Accident Repair Centres by offering new and exciting car repair services to all motorists, fleet customers and the corporate sector.
We've very recently had a team of 6 professonal cleaners in to do a thorough deep clean which was done overnight taking some 12 hours. All PC stations in the workshop have hygiene basket with cleaning wipes and sanitiser to use when touching surfaces that multiple people have to use.

10 stars if I could. Insurance company told me to take my car there after glass fell of a van and chipped all my paint work. I new straight away when I took my car to them to assess the damage that it was going to be a good job. Clean, modern workshop/offices and very friendly helpful staff. The guy who did the damage assessment was brilliant. Got my car back today and the work they have done looks fantastic. Very happy, thanks Fleetline

My car went in for repair last Tuesday, it was picked up by Freddie and returned looking sparkling new today, one week and a day later, again by Freddie, he had a cheerful and friendly disposition.
The whole experience with Fleetline has been excellent, from the regular updates, timekeeping, customer care has been impressive.
I would certainly recommend anyone to use them.

I had a really bad crash and bought my car into Fleetline and that was the best decision I made. I had weekly updates to let me know the progress of my car via text and email, any time I called, the receptionist was very helpful. When I came to pick up my car, Tony was really helpful and gave me great customer service. I would highly recommend!

Had the misfortune to be reversed into whilst stationary in a car park. This was potentially tricky as there was a fault dispute despite me having a witness also stationary behind me...
Fleetline took care of everything from dealing with my insurance company, appointing a 'non-fault accident management company' and had the car in very quickly indeed. I was actually in a like for like courtesy car in a day.

What can I say from start to finish I received nothing but the best service. Excellent is putting it lightly. The damage to my Audi was shocking but Fleetline gave my car back spotlessly clean and as if the accident didn't happen! Terrible company, wouldn't release my car unless the storage fees were paid. That sounds about right, everyone can understand that surely??? BUT what if I told you your car was parked outside on the road and not in the compound? You'd think I was lying.... Well we got told that our car was brought in every night, and that they had to paid for a… parking space and that's why the fees are charged. I went to them the other night to check and guess what it was outside!! So we are all being charged for nothing!!! Talk about money for nothing. The cars are not even safe, anything can happen to
