I can’t recommend Olivia’s classes highly enough. As a 70 year old, I joined to improve my strength and fitness. I’ve tried other Pilates classes but find Olivia’s whole body approach more motivational and inclusive. Olivia is patient, extremely knowledgeable and always finds time for individual support.
I achieved results quickly with her classical teaching and each week I feel fantastic and motivated to work even harder.

Olivia is amazing. She has helped me so much to overcome a sore lower back, that before meeting her, I had spent a year in physio..... a few sessions with Olivia, and the pain has vanished! Not only that, but she is helping me through techniques to overcome the ultra tight muscles that I have in my legs (had acupuncture on those not long ago) and after todays session, it feels like all the stiffness has gone away! she is a miracle worker!

Olivia has truly changed my perception of Pilates. I was absolutely amazed how tough my one to one session with Olivia was. She really put me through my paces, it was a very intense all over body workout which used every muscle in my body using state of the art equipment. Her passion and knowledge are both incredible and infectious and she genuinely cares about getting all her clients fit, strong and healthy. I would thoroughly recommend New World Pilates to anyone in Tunbridge Wells.

" I feel very lucky to have discovered New World Pilates with Olivia in the past 3 months. As a complete beginner to Pilates, the sessions are mentally and physically challenging, incredibly rewarding and a whole 'New World' indeed.
I am already experiencing greater strength, muscle tone and mobility throughout my body. As well as this the daily pain in my right knee and left hip has melted away.

I was so lucky to find Olivia just across the road from my house! Olivia is very motivating and helps you understand how Pilates can improve your posture and help correct many aches and pains. Pilates is hard work but the benefits both physically and mentally can never be under rated. I would definitely recommend Olivia to anyone who has done Pilates before or to anyone wanting to start practicing this truly life changing experience.

Olivia is a fantastic classical pilates instructor. She is focussed, passionate and dedicated to classical pilates and manages to pass this onto her students. I have benefited hugely from working with her and feel wonderful. You are very lucky if you live in Tunbridge Wells, near her studio. Improve yourself and enjoy the journey.
