Absolutely disgusting attitude of the Receptionist the nasty cow !!! All my partner said was could he see a doctor because the gp app was off line at 20 past 8 and she continued to talk to him like something off her shoe !!! I Suggest she gets sacked now !!! I’ll be taking this further because no way should anyone be spoken to like the way she did !!! Beech bill medical practice sort you’re rude staff out !!! I’ll be making sure my partner leaves this god awful practice and move him to mine we’re they actually know how to speak to people !!!!

If you can get to see a doctor then things go ok, the main problem is getting through to see one. The receptionists and management are rude and obstructive. Ask my GP is only open for 30 minutes each morning ( if you start work before 8am you’ll have no chance, and have to try again next day). They are very slow at letting know your results from tests.

Where is the problem? why there are no nice and helpful receptionists in this clinic! This morning I went to ask why my husband's prescription is still not ready? And there: She will not discuss with me !!! she repeated several times! what are you there for? and worse still, the young receptionist stood and learned to be rude. Congratulations… on your professional course! I am a wife, not a neighbor! I came for information for my husband, not for a friend. And this lady should change her work because she obviously doesn't know what she is there for.

I can't understand this practice. My sister who is 84 (disabled unable to leave her home) is with this surgery but although telephone calls made she is still waiting for her covid booster (over a month overdue) and also blood tests which the doctor has called for. What are the nurses doing surely more urgency should be given to the ones who are housebound and needy of treatment.

The doctors and staff are great, but they use the askmygp system which is an absolute nightmare! I used to be able to book an appointment online 2 weeks in advance, which is fine because it's always just medication reviews, but now you have to get online at a very specific time of the morning in order to get a telephone appointment same day. As someone with mental health issues I find this incredibly stressful. It took me a whole week to get online at the right time to make an appointment, and I only finally achieved it by not sleeping. Then I couldn't get to sleep due to waiting for the phone

Used to be a great surgery - albeit always had unhelpful reception/admin staff. They make as difficult as possible for people to get appointments - Covid/lockdown has given them further excuse to reduce customer service to an all time low. People are forced to book online with no consideration of age, access to computers, school runs that result in… missing any slight window of opportunity to book an appointment first thing in morning when the majority of people are travelling to work. Frustratingly online system regularly switched off. Very curt & unhelpful admin staff. GP’s running

Serious issues as online ask my go service is regularly switched off when capacity is reached (one morning it went off line at 08.06). Many GP’s gone semi retired so managing to see a GP is like winning the lottery. No continuity of care. This AM I requested a face to face appmt at 07.59 on line. At approximately 11 I rang in because it had gone… offline again and I hadn’t heard anything. I was informed quite curtly that I wouldn’t get an appointment until the GP had rang and spoken to me to see if there was a need. Guess what - 17.00 and I’m still waiting for a call

I can honestly say I have had excellent care from both Doctor Lord and Doctor Unwin at this practice. Both actually listen to you. You don't feel you are wasting their time and although they are obviously busy don't make you feel rushed. Can't say I've had much dealing with reception and the building is a bit dated but that hardly matters.

Not at all impressed with their lack of concern during my illness with covid. I ended up very poorly and very dehydrated, losing 8lb in 8 days. Very poor advice regarding what I should try to eat/drink and meds that could help. If you don't know what to ask for (and why should we? we are not medically trained) then they just suggest… ibuprofen/paracetamol - for everything! Also had a bad experience last summer with the woman at the desk at the door...kept shouting that I couldn't enter without an appointment....she was rude! I didn't have an appointment but had been told to attend to pick

Very dismissive of a patient that has covid, saying that there are no meds for it....really? Well I've known friends who have been prescribed meds for the dreadful sickness but I had to push for it. Told to attend A and E if I was concerned....that's passing the buck and putting more pressure on our hospitals. No concern shown by staff. No follow up call to see if I've improved. Just left to get on with it...oh, and given bad advice regarding what I should try to eat - "anything"....I think not! Very, very poor.

This practise never fails to amaze me on their lever rudeness. A number of times I called up to book an appointment or check for results on blood tests etc. This morning I called because I've been fighting a chest infection for weeks and cant seem to shake it. The women answered the phone, and I only got as far as, (morning, I just wondered if… there are any) then she shuffled at me, and put the phone down. By far the worst medical practise I've ever been a part of. That was disgraceful. Oh and you still havent sent me my blood test results from 3 months ago. well done.
