I have never seen a lazier set of people in any profession. All I ever get is excuses of why it's impossible to get an appointment. Absolute joke needs sorting or closing down

The surgery is taking advantage of the Covid situation. Impossible to get an appointment. The reception staff are rude and inept at there job.

I've been going here for years, I don't know why I've not moved before now, every single time it's a terrible experience. I often visit to sort out problems with my elderly parents prescriptions that the surgery keep getting wrong. The reception staff have a terrible attitude when I've been nothing but polite and understanding. My wife once went in for an appointment at 9am with our 3 week old twins and was kept waiting nearly 4hrs after the receptionist "forgot to book her in", upon realising her mistake put my wife on the bottom of the list and kept telling her to "wait as the doctor will fit

I have been a patient at the medical centre for many years. Previously with Dr Richardson and latterly with Dr Lears. I have never come across better health care in every aspect of the NHS. Both have been very friendly and so helpful. They are always prepared to listen even when I think I am wasting their time. I have never come across anyone who has the same experience with their GP than I have had in my experience. Just to say thanks is not enough.
