All our services are designed to support adults living in the community with mental health challenges or learning disabilities. We are here to help people to lead empowered and independent lives that enhance their quality of life. Our shop in Tolworth welcomes good quality donations of clothes, bric-a-brac and electrical items. We are only able to provide such an excellent service because of the committed staff and volunteers who give unstintingly to The Fircroft Trust.
Services
Support adults living in the community with mental health challenges or learning disabilities to live well locally. We are the only organisation in the Borough providing centre-based support for people with mental health and wellbeing problems. We work hard to break down stigma and misunderstanding surrounding mental health.
You can help us financially; both regularly through standing orders or 'Give As You Earn', but also by a one-off donation. Committed support is very helpful in assisting us to set budgets and to plan ahead. It makes an enormous difference to our work and helps us improve the services we can offer. In a variety of different ways: befriending, gardening, office work, helping at events etc.
Man Shed is a space for men in our local community who may be lonely, isolated, vulnerable or experiencing mental health issues. It is a community group which is a place of skill-sharing and informal learning, or individual pursuits to give purpose, achievement and social interaction. We welcome any men who are living with mental or physical ill-health, social isolation or in recovery.
