Services
After registration we offer a new patient check-up in line with our ethos to keep you healthy, happy and well. This is an optional service and you may opt out during registration. If you are ill while away from home or if you are not registered with a doctor but need to see one you can receive emergency treatment from the local GP practice for 14 days.

Always get seen quickly.
Doctors, nurses and admin are friendly, particularly Nurse Azam, she is great always helpful, whenever i had an appointment she take care of everything and listen to you calmly and understands what you are going through. Will definitely recommend this GP.

In comparison to the horror stories that my friends/colleagues have with their respective GP's, Broadway Health Centre is great. In my experience, when I call them and they put me on the call back list, I would always get a doctor to phone me within the day. The people that I spoke to have been helpful and kind. The website is easy to navigate and it's helpful to find information. Well done to the staff!

This is the worst GP I have called .I wish I hadn’t even rated them . They treat us like dogs , like an owner , only checking up once or twice that’s how they do it , don’t even care about your condition . The receptionist are REALYY and I mean it , really moody they are acting like your just a piece of waste there . I had accidentally missed the call and when they called back they said they didn’t have the time to call the doctor back. They use coronavirus as an excuse . Even if it wasn’t I understand but I have been waiting for too long . Other people tell me about their quick service

Considering the reviews for this practise we were not to sure if we wanted to take the out of ours appointment we were given via 111 for our 3 month old daughter. Also as we live 10 miles away it would be far to get to. Regardless of this before we could even visit Dr Chabbra noticed how far we would be traveling from and took the initiative to give us a call and see if he could provide the appointment via telephone. Doctor Chabbra put all out worries and concerns based on symptoms our daughter had to rest. Dr Chabbra who was covering out of hours and also works at the practice regular as well

Terrible customer service. I have been calling for two days regarding a medical note and they did not want to give it to me. Firstly, they tried to get away with saying that they don't do this?..When i have told them that they are my GP they have to be able to do it for me they said ''ughh...ok...call back tomorrow at 8.'' That's what i did. Then they have told me that will receive the medical note to my email address by 2PM. I have asked if it is possible to get it earlier, the lady on the phone whose name is Maryam said that she will try to get her colleague to do it earlier. Therefore, i have

This doctors is terrible you have to repeatedly ask for help, medications, referrals, call backs or anything. The doctors are rude and unprofessional. I got told I don’t have paid and I am making it up because their gp failed to get my records from previous gp. They have failed to do reviews, to ask for x-rays... they refused to refer me for further help the hospital then did it and I was helped. Only good staff member is Lorna. The practice manager Noreen Akhtar is so unprofessional she should not be running anything let alone a doctors she lies when it suits her and will cover her own back

Booked an appointment 2 weeks in advance online, turned up and was asked if I booked online, I said yes, I was told sorry we are not Doing online appointments.(why does it let you book online then?) I was told the GP would call me first thing the following morning, I received no call.

I wish I could give a ZERO ratings for this surgery. I AGREE with all the negative reviews here ! I have had the same experiences many times from this surgery ! Better to call 999 and get treated by the hospital. Receptionists and office staff are rude ! I have no words to explain about this surgery. So I am with all of you guys who have given a negative reviews here ! They have spoken their hearts and all are TRUE !

Horrible experience!!
I waited approximately 2 hours at Sandwell Hospital Walk centre and the receptionist there booked me an appointment at Broadway Health Centre. I did not book it myself and they said I had to attend. I have never been to this place before and there was traffic in peak hours and I am still severely ill. The distance between the two location is 5.6 miles and I would be travelling during peak hours of 6-7PM. I would have to walk to my car which was parked at a side road and look for parking at Broadway Health Centre.
I arrived 9 minutes late. Sufficient time was not given to

Absolutely terrible run surgery! No compassion or understanding of patients care and needs. All locum doctors. Useless staff that just do not help you at all. It's beyond shocking! Have to ring at 8am only to get to speak to a doctor, otherwise forget it. Good luck getting a repeat prescription when the prescription service is overloaded and cuts you off. I've left, as personally it was too much stress for me. 5 times I was left with no medication. I really wouldn't advise any one to join it
