We aim to give you an unforgettable feeling when you taste our food, taking you to the various regions of Puglia!. The story began in the family restaurant in San Giorgio, a small town by the sea. As a young boy, Vincenzo used to help his mother prepare the fresh pasta, and help his father wrap hot pizzas for customers to take away.
After many years of intense training, and with passion for his mother's recipes, Vincenzo opened his first restaurant in Bari, where he began to explore his love for local Mediterranean dishes. At Apulia You will find mostly apulian ingredients, products without manipulation of any kind, healthy and natural.

You will hear people speak of spaghetti and pizza as 'Italian' food, without appreciating that every region of Italy has its own individual cuisine. We want you to discover the special magic of Apulian cuisine - the food of Puglia. Puglia (in Latin, 'Apulia') is the beautiful southern region of Italy, and that is where Vincenzo (the owner) comes from, bringing with him the region's unique culinary tradition and culture.

I took my mother to Apulia for a Saturday evening dinner service where she arrived earlier than planned. The team members found her a table, got her drinks and looked after her until I arrived which I thought was brilliant.
On arrival the staff were amazing, the food choices for the price were outstanding and I can’t recommend it enough.
A huge factor as well was they let my mother have her small dog with her on her lap and no issues with this at all.
Overall one of the best restaurants I have been to this year.

Friendly manager and staff, great menu choices, well priced, best pizza I've had in ages - absolutely delicious, good Italian wines from various regions, wonderful ambiance. First time back in ages and delighted to see it's still excellent. I took two friends who'd never been before and they loved it!!

Everything we ordered was to die for!
The pickled vegetables which came with the buratta was the best pickles I’ve ever had in my life, I wish I could’ve had a whole plate of that alone 😂
The seafood in the stew tasted fresh and delicious, and the dessert was so creamy and just the right amount of sweetness.
Every one of the staff was so sweet and kind, I appreciated their service 😊
Food came super quickly and was very efficient, we stayed quite long after finishing dessert but was never rushed to go and felt very welcomed!

This place has certainly a good quality of food to offer (I tried a starter and pizza, both ok). The staff is kind and professional. The ambience is good as well. However I won't give a higher score because I personally found quite overpriced compared to the quantity of food provided. Starting from a bottle of water (£4) through all the other dishes, I think it could do better in terms of pricing.
