Riverside Caravan & Camping Park

Great site if you are looking to switch off and recharge, 2nd visit in 3 months and rebooking for next year. Dog friendly and with the river running alongside the site it is perfect for the four legged swimmer we brought with us.

Great place to stay, right next to a river, very quiet and tranquil. We had the Bluebell Pod for 2 nights. Pod clean and tidy, bed ok, bring your own bedding to use. Kettle with cups on site and for a treat they gave us Welsh cakes. There is 2 pods and static caravans to rent, or take your own tent. Took our dogs with us. Keep them on leads and pick up your poo, plenty of bins around. Definitely go again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Really good campsite. Little distance from town which we found was nice. No bad comment. Photo attached is 10 mins drive plus a few pictures from campsite it self. Made us feel welcome. Made extra effort for us by giving us electrical cable to charge our device's and fridge freezer.

Aah fantastic little campsite, Jason and Danielle work tirelessly to make sure that you have all you need or require. They only took over recently so I'm sure they have bigger and better ideas to come. Toilet /shower and washing up areas were kept clean and tidy at all times. A clean and tidy site that we will return to. Definitely worth a stop.

Good site with excellent size pitched. Very helpful and cheerful staff who are very proud of their site. Fire pit hire is an excellent idea...with marshmallows obviously! Would definitely come again..

Just returned from a weekend at Riverside; lovely campsite, clean and maintained facilities, tranquil setting and a perfect base for exploring the local area. More importantly, James and Danielle are doing a fantastic job having only recently taken over ownership - very approachable and friendly, super helpful with recommendations for places to eat, kayak and explore. Really great campsite. Everything is clean, owners are very nice and helpful. It's quiet place with small river where kids can have fun. Would definitely come back again and we will recommend this to family and friends.

Just arrived back from a few days at Riverside Caravan & Camping Park in our Motorhome. What a great experience. We were met by the very friendly owners on arrival and guided to our pitch. If you are looking for a quiet get away from it all holiday this site deserves consideration, I had no objection to the 50p charge for the showers as it ensures a quick turn round and we never had to wait to use them! The small toilet shower block was always clean and well kept. I can honestly say we have been camping, caravanning and motor homing for over 40 years and we really enjoyed our stay and would go
