Stayed here for a night in our van on our way through to north Wales. It rained constantly and we were slightly underprepared with our van as we’ve not experienced camping in it in the rain. This site was a godsend. The facilities were above and beyond, absolutely top notch. Even the tumble dryer dried our clothes for less than a £1! The toilets/showers were fantastic and the site itself was incredibly well kept and had lots of sculptures and interesting bits and bobs to look at, making it just a wonderful place to be - and that’s before you mention the views!
There is a little cafe (which

A great camp site for tents, vans and tourers. A good mix of hard and soft pitches with hook ups if needed.
There is a shop on site and it's easy walking distance to the waterfalls and the pub.
The on site facilities for washing and the toilets are possibly the best I have used in Wales and there is significant pride taken by the staff in the cleaning and presentation of the site throughout.
Very friendly people and happy to help when needed.

So far so good, brilliant site, very picturesque, plenty of room between pitches. Toilet block looks brand new, ample I think for everyone, there are huge wooden carvings around the site, very nice. Having now been here a couple of days I would ask that they install a light outside the water tap in the camping field, and a small shelf in the showers, other than that, it's great

Brilliant site, everything from statics to pitches and fantastic scenery. We hiked up the hill behind the site, despite the weather the views were amazing. The site is only a 5 minute walk away from Devil's falls. The toilet/shower block was modern and clean, great set-up and better than alot of hotels I've seen. Would recommend a stay here.

Great campsite! Even ground 👌 Very spacious and clean facilities, washing machine, dryer, even fridge (great idea, thank you Owner). Hair dryers in the toilet/shower block and socket for straightener. Quiet place where I had no signal (which is not a problem). I loved to listen sheeps bleating and to watch red kites flying around.

We stayed the Woodlands this July during the the first summer heat wave! Such a lovely place. Been in Wales plenty times but this camping site is so far our favourite. A huge property in between hills very well maintained. Facilities are award winning, spotless clean and beand new. Our pitch was on grass with electric plug. There are many different options to stay and also static caravan to rent and glamping pods. We enjoyed so much our stay. Definitely coming back for more adventure. Also in 3 minutes walk you can visit the Devil's bridge and the amazing waterfalls!

Lovely campsite with beautiful views. The facilities are immaculate, the campsite is a nice size, not too big and not too small. There are plenty of lovely walks around (Devil's Bridge, Hafod Estate....etc). The kids love The Chocolate shop nearby.... the staff and ladies at the mobile cafe were nice and friendly. Will definitely stay here in the future.....
