Steve trained at Smithfield College from the age of 16 and completed his Butchery apprenticeship. At 19 years of age Steve took over as the Manager of Fuller's Butchers. Over the last 28 years Steve has built up the butchers to be a reputable, well established and much loved business. In 2014 Steve and his wife June opened the Farm Shop in Eridge.
