Louis Dangerfield set up the bakery in 1928 in the kitchens of the family pub - The New Inn. We've come a long way since then. Fairy cakes, Swiss rolls, Mince pies, Jam tarts, Viennese whirls, Spicy biscuits, Yoghurt dipped flapjack and the famous Gloucestershire lardy cake.
