For all medication and food orders please email reception@btvets.co.uk. We are trying to keep the phone lines available for patients that need veterinary treatment. Unfortunately our Lancaster site is now closed. However, the team at our Carnforth practice would love to welcome you and your pets. Please contact us to arrange your appointment.
Every one very helpful and supportive both with my new puppy and when I had to have my last dog put to sleep the care to my self and dog could not have been better. Many thanks to you all. I was very pleased with the way the vet reassured my pet & spoke to him whilst he had his temperature taken & a prostate examination the all round visit was excellent.

Services
We provide a vet that you can call directly on the telephone 24-hours a day 365 days a year. If you have any concerns about your pet then call us. We also pride ourselves in providing 24-hour care to our clients via our Carnforth branch, or through Carnforth Pet Care 24 hours a day 7 days a week. This is a very expensive service to provide and there are additional costs associated with providing this service, which we have to pass on to you.
To help us get to know you and your pet better, please answer these questions before your appointment. Do you give any dietary supplements to your pet (for example: Vitamins, Glucosamine, Essential Fatty Acids, or any other supplements)?

We've partnered with Video Vets Now so you can speak to a vet from home or out and about - 7 days a week between 8am and 11pm. Consults are 10 mins and cost 24. If your pet needs to be seen by us or Vets Now, your original 24 payment will be refunded. We partnered with Video Vets Now to help you get the advice and reassurance you need, wherever you are.
We believe that nutrition is an important part of keeping pets healthy and can also play a vital part in the treatment of some illnesses. This is why we stock a select range of cat and dog pet food in practice, helping to take the faff out of pet food for our clients by recommending diets that have been scientifically created to provide optimal nutrition, which tastes great!
Before your new puppy arrives, there are a few things you need to get ready to make sure they're comfortable and happy in their new home. Choose heavy-bottomed ceramic or stainless steel food and water bowls. Plastic bowls will probably end up as chew toys, and the tooth marks could become a haven for bacteria.
