We've had a lovely Christmas holiday t and we absolutely loved it. Our friends and us definitely recommend it. The house is very spacious and clean. The kitchen is equipped with everything you can think of, when you are going away.
The owners are very friendly and approachable. They popped around a couple of times to make sure everything is OK and to clean the hot tub.
Also, they surprised us with a lovely Christmas tree and lovely Christmas decorations around the living room.
Day and night we had hot water and the heating was on (the rooms were warm and cosy).
Overall it was a great experience

Brimpts Farm is situated just above Dartmeet and offers a countryside experience like no other! A move away from the busy towns and wifi allows you to unwind and relax in the heart of Dartmoor watching the cows graze in the fields and the clouds slowly float by! Very basic accomodation but thats the beauty of it! A little stove for hot drikns and toast is a must as are sleeping bags and mattress covers!

A great weekend destination. I really recommend the wooden cottages. They are very basic (bunk beds, no electricity) but are cozy and dry and are much more fun than a tent. There are showers in the main farm building and parking is available near the cottages. Ask the staff for tips regarding the area - they are very knowledgeable and helpful.

We went to Brimpts farm for a weekend in March 2017 to give our mum a surprise 70th birthday , there was 20 adult, 3children, 1baby , and 4 dogs , we had a fabulous time , there was a brilliant kitchen , loads of room for us all to eat together and play games, the rooms were great all had en suits and tea and coffee facilities , we all had a dip in the hot tub and used the sauna , the lads played pool , we all did our own thing on the Saturday some went to play golf ,few went to a near by castle and some took the dogs on moors for a long walk .I would like to thank Gabrielle and her team for a
