Our role is to support and give you guidance where needed, and to provide informed choices for you to make decisions about your loved one's final journey.

We have an excellent team who share our vision to make the funeral as personalised and as dignified as you would wish. Having studied music, I have the knowledge and natural ability to combine music with funerals, something which I feel is of great importance! My family and friends have described me as having a 'slightly quirky sense of humour', but that's not necessarily a bad thing.
Since late 2011, Ian has run his funeral business from Gloucester Road serving all areas of Cheltenham, Gloucester and further afield. He has directed funerals as far north as Shropshire and as far south as Guildford. Ian's approach is about 'Honouring lives and comforting loss'. Testimonials quote Ian as being 'professional, caring, and kind.'
We will be there to guide, help and support you through the day. We will ensure that the funeral proceeds on time and carry out all your instructions that have been previously arranged. Having made all the necessary arrangements, there should not be too much for you to think or worry about on the day of the funeral itself, although close relatives can feel a little anxious as the time approaches.
We will attend to all the funeral arrangements including care and preparation of the person who has died. Our bespoke funeral includes a choice of the following veneered oak or mahogany coffins, The Dalbury, The Hartington and The Mayfield, we also offer the Pandanus (Eco).
The supply of a Daimler Hearse including bearers to transport the deceased to a place of worship, Crematorium or Cemetery of your choice and one Limousine to convey a maximum of 7 mourners if required.The Funeral service may take place at a place of worship, cemetery, crematorium or any other venue.

Ian and Denesha were absolutely wonderful during the whole process, right from the first phone call. They offered lots of suggestions which we found very useful and listened to our requests without any hesitation. Several people remarked that Ian (who conducted the non-religious crematorium ceremony for us), was absolutely perfect for our celebration of dad's life. Our family were all very impressed with how the day went.
