Elite Staffing Solutions are proud to be specialists within insurance recruitment and we cover Somerset, Devon, Cornwall, Dorset, Hampshire and Avon predominantly. The majority of our specialist team have first-hand experience of working within the insurance and financial services market and have a combined experience of over 45 years along with Cert CII qualifications.
Recruiting office and administration roles are the lifeblood of many recruitment agencies, and we are no exception. Firstly id like to start with.. WOW and bravo, As a large brokerage were after new staff within the insurance industry with some very specific experience, Elite were not specialists in the field but I loved the honesty and integrity in our first fact find chat, which lasted like 2 hours may I add... (enjoyable though), Elite took on the challenge and managed to get us quite a few candidates (and we took most of them on) who are now real assets to our business, they had the experience we required plus more!! We could not be happier. No pressure to offer roles after interview, we were only sent candidates

Fantastic service, all ladies were extremely personable and helped out of hours to make sure you felt comfortable with any queries or questions with any pending interviews/ choices with employees. They always did a thorough review on what job would work best for your ability and helped you every step of the way! Did more than enough to help in every stage, if I could give more than 5 stars I would! 10000% recommend! Lovely incredibly comfortable service!
