Avoid avoid avoid!I had issues with a company (Dyfed Steel in Cullompton) over exceeding driver hours l was expected to exceed my daily driving hours to complete deliveries,l refused to do this on doing so l got abusive phone calls whilst out on the road,l refuse to work under those conditions called Vicky at Lyon’s the next day to inform her l won’t work/drive over my hours so don’t expect me to break the law and promptly received my P45 not heard a thing from them,better more professional agencies out there…….Good riddance l say!

I worked for this agency for a week and did not enjoy my experience. I was promised 4 hours per night but was only required for 1.5 hours per night. I arrived for my shift as usual to find out someone else was offered my role as they could start earlier. No notice was given prior to this so I was out of a job but in all honesty, it was a good thing. They have terrible customer service, their emails are awfully rude, the spelling and grammar of your legal documents like payslip etc are all incorrect details. Apparently Swindon is in Gloucestershire! They really need to touch base with Google and
