We are a small animal practice in Redcar, Cleveland, providing top quality care in a friendly environment, supporting our clients and their pets throughout their lives. Avenue Veterinary Surgery is accredited by the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS) and our staff continually develop and update their skills. Here at Avenue Veterinary Surgery, we're very proud to have so many enthusiastic and dedicated individuals working in our friendly practice. We are all passionate about animals and their well-being, from our veterinary surgeons and qualified nurses to our essential support staff. Highly trained and caring, each of us has a role to play in making this a special practice for you to visit with your pet.
Our vet consultations are held throughout the day Monday to Friday and on Saturday mornings. These are all by appointment. We also offer nurse consultations for advice about preventative healthcare. We offer a wide range of diagnostic services in house allowing us to provide a comprehensive service for your pet.
In the event of an emergency during our normal opening hours please call our surgery on 01642 490928 and you will be advised what to do next. If your call is during the night or at the weekend whilst our clinic is closed, please contact MiNightVet Middlesbrough on 01642 134522. MiNightVet Middlesbrough is our preferred emergency services partner.

Emma graduated from Glasgow University Veterinary School in 1999. She worked in practices in Lincolnshire and Lancashire before moving to Redcar in 2006 to take on the role of clinical director. She not only carries out clinical duties as part of the veterinary team but is also responsible for the overall running of the practice.
