Principle vet and practice owner Jacqui qualified from Glasgow University in 1987, she went on to open our first branch in Hartburn in 1996, followed by Preston Farm in 2010 and most recently our Nunthorpe branch in 2016. Jacqui's ethos has always been that animals should be treated with the same respect and kindness as humans and animal welfare has always been at the forefront of her work.
Out of work Jacqui enjoys cycling, hill walking and has an extensive knowledge of wines. Practice Manager Jenny Walker joined the practice in 2010. Jenny is a qualified Veterinary Nurse by trade and was a nurse for 16 years before taking on her new role. Jenny has a special cat called Robbie who has some interesting habits.
