Very confusing and stressful way of getting student accommodation. The lady I was emailing to get my accommodation filled in my application incorrectly (including tenancy length, which would've resulted in £300 more spending on my part), telephone number and whether I want to live in a same-gendered flat.
The grammar used in their emails was also really poor for a so-called professional organisation. I was worried that they were a scam company that were trying to phish me.
As a desperate student looking for accommodation, I didn't realise that the company weren't connected to the accommodation

I rented a house in Nottingham and the landlord (and landlord’s agent) were very helpful and friendly, and the place was very cheap since it was nice and big. Would definitely recommend to students looking for cheap accommodation!
