I really send big thanks to London Nest Plaza. I booked the place but due to several reasons, I had to cancel it. I knew the cancellation process would be not easy, but including one of the staffs, everyone tried to make it possible! it took almost a month (comparable shorter than others) and the fee has returned safely :) I wish I could stay here next time !!
