The property is close to UCL and lots of places to eat. There is a big lobby so that people can't just walk in and a big living room downstairs for socialising. The ambience and the proximity to my school is the best thing about this location. The common room enables me to make more friends than I could ever have imaged and I was also able to learn how to play pool.

I have been living trapped in an overpriced small room since I came to London some months ago. Living in beautiful student residences for all my uni time before coming to the UK, decided to come living here because I was hoping to encounter a friendly and beautiful environment But I was wrong. The place is extremely overpriced and the spaces look way bigger in the picture than in real life, moreover they have very strict contract that you can’t cancel once you’ve booked. I tried to go away from here since the first day but they didn’t let me. Once you sign you’re blocked whatever happens

If you’re reading this review means that you are in the same position I was last year trying to think if chapter is worth it so…. DON’T MAKE MY SAME ERROR.
Living here was the worst experience of my life. The basic room is around 1200£ per month, for the same money you can get a studio in notthing hill or holland park, beautiful places in London. The neighbour were the residency is located is terrible, there are no supermarkets near and it’s just full of off licence stores, the rooms are crazy small, you can hear traffic outside and it’s difficult to sleep, and now that the weather

The worst experience I’ve ever had in a student Acommodation staff is very rude including security who threatened me and will walk into your room without notice, all equipment in the building gets broken and is never fixed, no support in well-being and constant harassment never hated such place in my life especially during COVID you would expect such place to have understanding in circumstances to living alone. Avoid staying in chapter!

I got moved here after my original accommodation had to close. Dont go here. Hardly any social life, security staff are very cold and unfriendly, rules are way too strict and different security guards have told me different rules about covid. Some have said we're allowed to sign people in others have said its not allowed. If you want to have a good social life at uni then look somewhere else

Exceptionally clean and professional accommodation for all students who are studying in London, I would 100% recommend Chapter, White City for everyone who is looking for a student accommodation. I firstly encountered Chapter last September 2020 when I started my postgraduate course, and not only due to its incredibly kind staff members who welcomed me from the moment I first entered the accommodation, but also because of its elegant model style of the studio that was offered and also the cleanness of the communal areas such as the accommodation reception, laundry area, and etc. - I could not stop

Worst staff ever.
I have lived in several student residencies but the staff here is the worst. They could easily save on all them and it would be the same. Arrogant, not interacting with students, can’t find the packages. No one saves really. Some of them are just arrogant, some others just dumb and you need to ask them things 4 times before they get it. Avoid chapter.

I have always lived in student residencies during my student life but this has been the worst experience so far. Horrible policy related to covid, rude staff and crazy small overpriced rooms. After locking all the students inside the rooms for months they offered 50£ voucher as a compensation. Run away from chapter if you are thinking of going in London.

Lost my stuff on the check out date and sent email to the reception, no one replied to my emails so called them the other day said they didn’t find anything which I doubt the reception took my stuff cuz there’s no camera at the place I missed my item. And security at night extremely rude not helpful. once approached by the security guy in the gym while jogging, he literally came wearing no mask and talking to me within 1m 😤
Facility good sevice bad people bad

Whilst it is a nice accommodation with nice staff. Their company overall have been completely unsympathetic to students during the COVID-19 pandemic. Providing no rent concessions or support for those affected by the third government lockdown.

One of the best students halls in London! Rooms are big and well organized. plenty of common areas with luxury furniture. Prices are quite high, but it worths each penny. Staff are so helpful and friendly. especially Anna. the location is super good, Bus stations are close and East Acton station is 5 mins walk. also there are many restaurants( pizza, Iranian, Turkish,Lebanese and chicken concepts), repair shop, car rent, dental, surgical units and a mosque all these places are less than 2 minutes away. the security is high CCTv inside and outside . Rooms ventilation is good but there is no AC.
