Our optical workshops give us the ability to manufacture your spectacles on site sometimes in one hour if we have your lenses in stock. We have an extensive stock of contact lenses and solutions also a great range of frames. If you want to get new glasses or need an adjustment, please phone and we will make you an appointment.

Eye Tests Report

During your eye examination we will determine the best adjusted prescription to aid your vision. We will take into account any special requirements you have and allow you to see the benefits of the new prescription we have found compared to your old one. We also check the general health of your eyes, testing for any ongoing or potential problems.

Incredible service from Jon at Andrew Care Opticians in both Dorchester and Weymouth! Having had recent eye surgery and a number of complications, Jon went out of his way to set me up with a temporary prescription in my glasses, and all done on the same day for a fantastic price. This level of caring customer service is a rarity these days, thank you.

I went in to get some glasses repaired that were damaged whilst on holiday. I held out little hope but they were soon back in perfect order. I also then took some sunglasses in to have a lens popped back in and they did it instantly and did not charge me. Great value, great service. Highly recommended

Possibly not the cheapest, but the quality is long remembered whilst the price is soon forgotten. I've always had brilliant service from them over many years and hopefully for many to come.

We have a lot of opticians in Dorchester and I have used most of them I now use only them, They are a really helpful and friendly opticians - My husband has his skiing goggles and work safety specs done here and nothing seems too much for them or request too small.
I have my glasses from them too and just like the way they treat you like an individual and are honest about weather a pair of glasses suits you or not
