My eye test took around an hour and they seemed quite professional. I chose some glasses after the eye test agreed the price and was told they would be ready in 5-7 days. This turned into 3 and a half weeks but never mind that. When I went to collect the glasses they seemed fine so I produced a credit card to pay and then found that the price had risen by £90.00 As they had not given me a written quote I could not win an argument with 2 quite argumentative staff.The result was I did not get my new glasses and they lost a sale. I cannot be certain if this whole thing was an error or a stupid ploy

My husband and I went for our eyes to be tested today. We found an exceptional team. The optometrist was very thorough and all the advice was sensible and clear. We found the experience outstanding in comparison to chains such as Specsavers and Vision Express that we have used before, cheaper too! We are moving soon, but will make the effort to return for our checks next year.
