I could not recommend any other student accommodation agency warmer. I have been with several agents during my time as a student in Newcastle but no one has succeeded in offering the comprehensive support I received at Parklets. Have used ParkLets for the past 2 years and have been very impressed. Have always been on call whenever we have needed them and Sean has always been round within the hour to fix anything should he need to. Have heard a lot of horror stories from friends using other agencies and never once had a problem with ParkLets.

Were very helpful and understanding to any issues we had with the property. Communication was impeccable as well as the Park Lets team always ensuring we understood every step of the process. This was greatly appreciated, especially due to being students new to renting a property.

Very poorly ran letting agency that don't even deserve the one star rating that they have some how incredibly achieved. Held all of our deposits past the amount of time stated in all of our contracts and then proceeded to tell us we weren't going to be given our hefty deposits back, because apparently it costs over £500 to deep clean a house, even though it was deep cleaned by the tenants and left in better condition than what it was when we all moved in. As a young professional, I highly recommend investing your time and money into a letting agency that at least have the ability to answer phone

Good luck if you can get an answer from them during office hours via email or phone. Especially when they owe you money. Customer service is unbelievably lacking with office staff being incredibly rude. I believe they're still learning how to CC properly to keep all tenants in the loop when dealing with deposits.
Do not record inventory sheets correctly and attempt to charge you for a full deep clean of the property when your tenancy is up to pay their own family member cleaners at above-market rate. Houses are

For two consecutive years my flat mates and I had terrible experiences with Parklets. If you’re a student you don’t stand much chance at getting your deposits back. When we moved into our houses they were dirty and poorly maintained. The office regularly don’t reply to emails or pick up phone calls. Our house last year was damp and one of the occupants had health problems as a result.
The list goes on... My advice would be to look elsewhere for a more professional company.

Had nothing but problems with Park Lets. Rude, unhelpful and useless.
I'll list some of the problems to give an idea of how infuriating they are to deal with. Our boiler broke intermittently throughout the year, didn't know if we were going to have warm water each time we turned the tap on, sometimes going days without warm water, the heating rarely worked and this was never resolved despite a plethora of calls and emails. We had two showers in the house, both of which the heat appeared to be fixed on, one ice cold and one scalding hot, again this problem was never resolved. The lock
