Most of our rooms have 4.6ft King Beds (140 cm wide x 200 cm long) or 5ft Super King Beds (150 cm wide x 200 cm long), compared to mostly {if not all} 3ft Single Beds (90 cm wide or less and 190 cm long) in University Halls, or at the most 4ft Small Double (120 cm wide x 190 cm long) for the Ultra Premium Price Room.

TELL your friend / family / relative, And you will get 50 bonus For EACH room rented by Your friend / family / relative. 50 bonus will be given to you around 3 months after your friend / family / relative move-in to his / her room. 1. Contact us (by Email, WeChat, Facebook, Whatsapp, Text/SMS, Phone) to enquire your chosen room(s) or to make appointment to view your chosen room(s) in person if you are in Newcastle. It's not additional fee by cash / by bank transfer / online payment in our website to Landlord's bank account.

Good Landlord, anything damage or broken, the Landlord will get it fixed as soon as possible. Rental fees is quite reasonable and included all the bills, therefore no extra fees needed every month. Due to high demand, Please inform us as advance as possible of your arrival/move-in date to allow us to plan this service.
This service is very popular for students who plan to go home/holiday for several weeks/months during summer holiday while their current tenancy contracts have expired and they are due to return in September (to continue their studies). This service will allow you to store your belongings in Newcastle upon Tyne while you are away on summer holiday.
