The best student housing company I have dealt with during my entire time at uni. Friendly staff always willing to help. Not just helpful during the tenancy, helpful after also by being more than fair in the returning of the majority of our deposits. 10/10 would use again.

Baffled and frustrated with the end of a two-year tenancy with Roseworth. Feeling really let down by the company, even more disappointed by the drastic difference of attitude at the end of our contract in comparison to the beginning.
As generally clean tenants, we also went the extra mile to give back our property in tip-top conditions, spending an entire day cleaning the house before moving out. We asked to be present for the final inventory, and were assured by the company that cleaning costs would be kept minimal, as he could himself in person notice the effort and time spent in cleaning. I had previously given Roseworth a 5 star review after an initially lovely tenancy with them and signing for a new house. However, following our check out in both but especially the final property, I am appalled at the way in which things were dealt with. Having been clean, responsible and essentially the ideal tenants throughout our final tenancy, we were pleased that during our checkout inspection we were informed our property was very clean and only needed a couple of things touching up. However, upon receipt of our checkout email we were charged for 22 hours of cleaning at an extortionate price
