Wordfish Translations
We're a small but beautifully-formed translation boutique. Size isn't everything in our business and through our links with skilled translators worldwide we can manage all types of translation requests from large, high volume multi-language translation projects to small, but important, one-off requests.

Download our ebook 'The five big questions you need to ask to save money when buying translations'. Today is finally Halloween and we're taking a look at Halloween monsters! From folklore to the silver screen, there are hundreds of monsters lurking in shadows, ready to give us a fright.
Services
Above all, we want you to be happy with our work. We provide accurate translations on time and on budget and try to do it with a smile! It is important that you feel comfortable with the level of service and the product quality. First of all we spend time listening to you, getting to know your business and what you require.
We've been working with clients for over 25 years and continue to develop our range of services depending on client requirements. So this means that if you want your financial reports translated then we use a translator with an accounting background while a legal document would be translated by someone who has passed legal qualifications.
As a specialised translation area, marketing and advertising translation isn't just about translating the text word for word into another language, it's about conveying the meaning, the message, the copy you have spent hours on in your native language. Marketing/advertising translators have to take into account cultural issues, different writing styles etc.
HR and Training translation is an area of expertise that encompasses different translation skills. At Wordfish Translation we pair your project to a native speaker in the target language who has subject matter expertise to ensure the utmost level of accuracy and then of course it is reviewed by another linguist before being returned to you by your deadline.
Two very specialised translation areas, legal translation is often done by translators who have a degree in Law or have worked as legal assistants. Through our network of translators we can provide legal translations covering a raft of assignments. We work with solicitors, lawyers, individuals and companies on legal documents and all our translators understand that there is no margin for error in a legal translation.
