Under the Consumer Credit Act, our staff and Agents can only discuss Personal Loans (including further loans if you are an existing customer) in your home providing they have previously received a written request from you to do so. We are a well established Home Collected Loan company and have been in business for over thirty years.
Our short term loans are designed to be simple, easy to understand and should take about 24 hours. This is how the process works;. You decide to apply for a loan, we would take your name, address & phone number. Firstly we need permission to visit you and discuss our loan products, this is called a Request to Call (RTC).
You can pay your loan account by debit card, standing order, or cash collected by our agents. Whichever method you choose, we will set up a payment plan to suit you. If you need to stop or change the payment please call us the day before and we will be happy to rearrange. We know that sometimes circumstances can changes which may affect your ability to make your agreed payments.
We proud ourselves in being responsible lenders, so will take into consideration your income and expenditure, we will want to see bank statements and proof of income and take into account other financial commitments you may have. On receipt of the completed application and paperwork, we endeavor to turn around your application within 24 hours, if not sooner.

The store is ok but remember if your selling gold jewellery look elsewhere I turned to this store when I was in desperate need of money the quote I got given was just over a hundred pounds less than another store very close to this one offerd me I can understand businesses have to make money as well but this was just greed and them trying to take advantage of desperate people but please remember there a lot more shops close bye who are willing to offer the same service but in a much more professional way and with honest prices remember gold is bought on a live scrap price so most shops will buy
