A big thank you to Mihaela and Simon at Alternative Bridging. All legals on our regulated bridge with them was done within 3 days and related purchase from a non reg lender took longer with legals which was unreal. Cannot praise this lender enough as the team at Alternative are really on the ball. If you are looking for a lender who reliable and fast then look no further.

Most dishonest bridging company I have dealt with. My new loan with a different company is 24% cheaper. I placed my review here and copied in Alternative Bridging and Myles Golding relatively almost instantly posts a 5* review, then a couple more 5* reviews than in their entire history. Alternative Bridging lied to me on numerous occasions, including their Executive Chairman Brian Rubins. Twice he personally lied to me. They treated me terribly, simply could not care less, I felt like a number on a spreadsheet. I called in the first months of Covid, when I was halfway through a 1 year bridging

I approached ABC for a bridging loan to facilitate gaining planning permission for the development of my property into 3 dwellings. It took just 4 weeks from loan application to drawdown of funds despite COVID delays, Christmas holidays and signing an affordable housing application with the county council.
