The Loan Partnership specialise in sourcing and arranging Second Charge mortgages. Typically used for the consolidation of existing credit or home improvements, Second Charge mortgages often represent a great way of raising funds without the need to re-mortgage your property. Sometimes called 'homeowner' loans, Second Charge mortgages are secured against your home.
The Loan Partnership is pleased to be able to offer Bridging finance facilities to our customers. Bridging finance (or a bridging loan) is a type of short term loan, often taken out for a period of 1 month - 36 months, whilst a larger or longer term loan facility is put in place. All our bridging loans are secured against property, be that an investment or buy-to-let property, or even a commercial or semi-commercial property.

Sarah/Francis/Ross have been absolutely fantastic during my house purchase. Unimpressed with the service. We were recommended this broker by our mortgage advisor and it’s just been a massive let down. Our loan advisor was helpful, but very clearly a newbie and inexperienced. The whole process was slow, stressful, and honestly, ridiculous. Needless to say, it didn’t work out, we didn’t get the loan, and these guys didn’t even have the decency to call us and tell us about it.
You’ll be interested to know that we went with another broker who actually knew what they were doing and they found us a brilliant deal with another lender. It took less than three weeks

Excellent company. This company went above and beyond to help get me a secured loan, even though I’d been turned down by several other brokers and lenders. Sammie Lunn who we dealt with was absolutely brilliant. She was so helpful and friendly, everything was explained throughout every step of the process, and she was always there to help or give advice.
