The flat was tidy, well-presented and had recently been refurbished but the high quality of the finish was apparent. Alison and Martin were also always very friendly and ready to help us solve any issues we had as soon as we contacted them. Our experience with homes2share has been excellent and we'd both recommend them to anybody looking for rented accommodation in Manchester.

We rented with Homes2Share between 2018-2019. We found that Alison was very good at responding to our problems and sorting them out in a timely manner. Also the weekly clean was a great help for us to keep on top of things!

I have been standing with Home 2 Share for 2 years and I am very pleased. The landlord invested a lot on furnitures for our stay (2 fridges, a telly, 2 new couches and a repaired stair handrail). The house is pretty secured with its new installed cctv; however, it is worth keeping your eyes out. Overall, very good face-face service.

Had last minute problems ensuring accommodation at university and Homes 2 Share had a perfectly renovated house that I had the pleasure of staying in over my first year at uni, affordable prices and very trustworthy!

Absolutely Disgusting. Rename yourselves to Students2Scam.
I implore anyone considering using 'Students2Scam' to reconsider immediately.
Within a week of living in this dirty property i was bitten by fleas and had to fumigate my bedroom - absolutely disgusting and not the stress i needed in my second year of university!!
Martin (owner) and his secretary must suffer from early onset dementia due to forgetting many statements made and promises they assured us they would carry out. Or are just extremely inconsiderate people.

I have rented with Homes2Share for 4 months, Alison and Martin were great. If I ever needed something attending to in the flat Alison would pass the e-mail onto the maintenance team and it was always sorted within 24-48 hours.
Great property agents, would recommend. Friendly face whenever I have visited the office.

Awful landlord.
Maintenance is slow, went without hot water for 2 weeks and no wifi for weeks on another occasion.
House will not be cleaned upon you entering it.
Our house was broken into on two occasions; no security.
Landlord is a compulsive liar.
You will struggle to get a small percentage of your deposit back.

Property was in good condition upon entry and while we had a number of issues with fixtures and fittings throughout the year but they were all dealt with cordially by Alison and the maintenance team.
Deposit was returned in full upon exit and had a pleasurable two year stay, thank you very much.

Despite countless mishaps on my flats behalf. Homes2share were professional and patient with their service.
They issued a replacement oven and dryer within 48 hours of us sending an email.
They were also very fair with returning deposits.
All in all, would recommend.

Make sure you take pictures of everything in the house and ensure the pictures or videos are dated, do this when you arrive and when you leave so there is nothing they can make up.

Rented two different houses with them in my second and third year of University. Both the houses were fantastic, everything from furniture and appliances were in perfect condition. Also if anything went wrong, Alison/Martin responded quickly.
They have great houses and they are extremely generous landlords, definitely recommend them, especially to University students,(have to pay just a deposit of ‎£250 and no agency fees).

Stayed here during the first half of 2015, and had the best housemates :D I loved the high-ceilinged room, and it was pretty easy to use the washer and dryer that came with the house. A good place to live :)
