Jordan is so smart, funny and attractive, I wish he lived with me. It's definitely wasn't creepy how he always complimented our outfits and smells as a lazy way to avoid responsibility for to doing his job.
Clearly all the reviews here are fake. Almost all 5star reviews focus on the "amazing" personalities of the staff, almost all 1star reviews are about the actual properties and renting experience. The staff write obvious fake reviews about themselves as a part of their desk jobs, don't need to go into the actual experience when this review section is such a red flag.

Tried to book a viewing with this company, had it all confirmed via their Livechat feature, and was told I would receive a confirmation on day of viewing. Turned up for said viewing only to find that the person who was supposed to show us round the property was on annual leave, and that we therefore couldn't see the property. I have friends who have had similar experiences with having viewings cancelled by this company.

Sirah, Jordan and salsa have all been amazing! any question - little or big - has been answered straight away and as this is my first time moving out of my family home, I’ve had ALOT of questions! All it took was a quick phone call to the office and they had it all sorted. Amazing customer service couldn’t ask for more!

Jordan is such a friendly, funny and helpful person from our house viewing to our moving in date. We had a few issues to begin with but they were sorted out straight away with no hassle. The whole team at beech properties always made sure our minds were at ease, and that we feel comfortable in our new homes.
