Beginners Ashtanga

There are many different styles of yoga so everyone can find a style that suits them. The style that I prefer to teach is Ashtanga yoga which was developed by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. This dynamic style of yoga involves synchronising the breath with a set series of postures which produces an internal, detoxifying heat.
Mummy and Me

Designed with new mums in mind, this class gives you the opportunity to ease yourself back into exercise, help your body to recover and provide time and space to adjust to your new role. And best news of all, you don't need to find childcare to manage along. The class is a combined session of baby yoga and and yoga for new mums.
Pregnancy

The antenatal sessions will prepare and empower you for a positive birth experience. You will learn tips for relaxation, breath work and carry out posture work that will help support, strengthen and prepare your body both through the changes it's undergoing during pregnancy and the birth itself. Spaces are limited to ensure you receive the individual attention and support you need during this prenatal stage.
